"I ordered a fuel tank for a gas trimmer and the confirmation email said it would take 9 business days to receive. I thought this was a long time, but couldn't really find any other options online, so I purchased it. 3 weeks later still no fuel tank. When I called the store, Rob was polite and helpful. He told me that this was on back order and scheduled for deliver at the end of September and he could refund my money if I liked, but every other retailer selling this would be experiencing the same. So I waited, in fact I waited two months. I called the store in mid october and received a refund. While the staff was polite on the phone, I don't understand why they would take my money when they don't have a part in stock. I also don't understand why I was the one to have to initiate contact to find out the status of my order. I ended up tossing my trimmer for a new one, and I may have saved a few bucks repairing my trimmer, but the time it was down I had to pay someone to edge and weedeat my yard so I would have been better off to just by a new one when the original broke.

In conclusion. You might have a good experience with SuperpowerX, but I would not refer a friend to this site for the lack of communication on their part or the fact that they took my money when they didn't have a part in stock. Most large retailers will not charge you until the product is shipped, and they notify you of the items availability.

"Ok, this was my first order with you and this is a tough call because Shipping made a substantial mistake and only shipped 1/2 of my order. However, I like everything else so far and you Customer Service person Mike was awesome to deal with when I called on December 2nd to find out what happened. So I will absolutely be ordering from you again but, my order was only four items, two of each, so I think that's kind of a simple order to make a mistake on."

"This company charges a 25% restocking fee on canceled orders. I placed and order and canceled it 12 minutes after I placed the order and they billed me 31.87 restocking fee. I did not read their T&C before I placed the order what a mistake. I called them and pleaded my case and they said they were sticking to the T&C. I would not recommend doing business with www.superxpower.com or www.milacalawn.com"

"Very disappointed in overall service. After I sent product back never received refund. Ordering product was easy and received in timely fashion. Returned product back to Super X Power Center

I was not able to use as my snowblower was determined not to be repairable by repair service. Product was returned unopened in original package. Never received a refund even after a followup e-mail and attempted phone call. Learned a lesson. Will never use them again and never use them as a referral. Disappointed with outcome!

"I ordered parts for my snowblower. I waited 10 days for them to arrive. You only shipped 1 out of 5 of them, and said the others weren't in stock. It would have been nice to know this at the time of ordering. I live in MN and need a snowblower!
your note that came with the one item said it could be quick, or it could be weeks. That's unacceptable. Tom

Follow up note. I was contacted by Rob on 12/2, he explained how the computer generated the error, and personally got the parts and shipped them today. Great customer service.

"I NEVER received the rotor that i ordered despite numerous emails to Rob. The item was apparently delivered by UPS, I filed a claim, they contacted superxpower as did I to explain the situation and here it is a year later and i never received it and never got a refund. I will never again purchase anything from superxpower.com"

"Not happy with this business No communication with customers whatsoever. Didn't get the advertised free shipping never recieved the rest of my order, won't return emails, and didn't refund my money on the remainder of my order.

"I must say this is the forth revue I have written in 10 years. But I think it's a well deserved one. I order a lot of parts from a lot of companies and most are good on the service end. the Supper X Power online store was great from I wana to I have it in my hands. Great communications. I even called them just to see if they were a real place of business or a repackage parts house. Great place. I will continue doing business with them."
