"They sold and charged me for products they did not have on hand. They sent me an email that said the products would be shipped directly from the company. After checking the actual product company website I found that these items were not currently available. I recontacted "Super Casuals" and they told me that it would be two months before the items would be shipped. AVOID THESE SCAM ARTIST AT ALL COST! THEY ARE A FAKE COMPANY!"

"I ordered a pair of boots for my husband for Christmas on December 9th with a delivery time of 5 to 7 days. I waited and called never getting a answer to my phone call. I left a message and finally got an email saying they credited my account on December 20th. At that point what are you supposed to do for Christmas. I am very unhappy with the customer service. They should have told me alot earlier that they couldn't fill my order, without my persistent calling to find out what was happening."

"Super Casuals utilizes extremely deceptive marketing techniques. The day after I ordered a pair of Thorogood work boots I received, in my email, a confirmation that my boots had been "shipped." Seven days later I called up and asked why I had not received them and customer service told me that after they had called the warehouse they had discovered that they had not even been shipped yet. Thirteen days after ordering the boots I finally received them, two sizes smaller than what was "shipped."

Obviously Super Casuals could'nt locate the promised product for the promised price and substituted with something somewhat similar in hopes that, on my end, I would either keep the boots or send them back which in the long run would buy them more time or allow them to keep their money.
