"I bought lights for my house for Christmas. I bought red strings and white strings with the intent of alternating the lights on each string. I was shocked when I tried to unscrew a bulb to switch the color and it wouldn't come out!
I'm not sure what happens if/when a bulb breaks or goes out for some reason. It will be frustrating to have an entire string that can't be used."

"So far, the light fixture looks good and works well, easy to assemble, and was delivered in a reasonable time.

My one issue, so far, is that of the three fixtures I ordered, one of the fixtures was missing the two small metal mounting brackets for mounting to a flat sold surface (screw in) which I need for my application and is not something I can easily make as it is of a spring metal which is held in position by snapping on.

Sometimes it is these little things that can cause the most frustration and time. I have emailed Super Bright LEDs but have yet to hear back from then. So, in the meantime, I’m stuck with a fixture I can’t use, all for the sake of two missing small parts.

"The only way the bulbs would fit into the headlight housing was to remove a 1/4 of the plastic where the dust cover sits. I called them and the man i talked to had nothing to say about it. You would think that they would do the research before selling a product that does not fit. If you have a 2018 ford f-150 the low beam LED’s that they sell will not fit without removing some of the housing material."

"I have ordered individual bulbs in the past and been extremely satisfied! This time however I ordered all of the bulbs to go to my tail lights and after trying to install them and not having them work I tried buying some load resistors, that didn't work so I took my truck to a mechanic shop and after 4 hours they couldn't get anything except the reverse lights to work which I should mention I also was able to work. The bill was over $300 but they felt bad so I paid $167.00 I called super bright LEDs and explained the situation and they checked the part number which was correct so they told me to just send them back for a refund. What about the money I'm out for the mechanic shop to install a product that doesn't work? I would either get hyper flashing and no park lights or park lights and no blinker. That isn't a product that is going to work for me. This is a dissatisfied customer. The only positive I can say is up until now I have referred all my friends and family to you because I love how bright your leds are and my truck is littered with them so a lot of people are always asking where I got them. I use the blues for interior and license plates and super white for back up and cargo. "

"I was a little leary about buying these, But Am i ever glad I did. I have 07 F150 with stock headlight housing, the housing are in great condition, the reflective coating inside is nearly flawless. These LEDS have made night driving a pleasure. The light is crisp, bright and etends much further than I would have thought. I read stories about how guys had issues with the light being square od the distance not up to par, I have None of those problems. I made a minor adjustment to the factory settings on the housings, and that was it. I couldnt be Happier !!"

"They fit my 2012 Camry DRL but when activated as part of my bright lights they are not very effective. I am going to contact the seller to see what is up and ask for a better pair to work when I need bright lights."
