"Ordered two bulbs on 2-5-19, now 2-19-19 and they are still in transit. SBL sent my order to another person and I got theirs. SBL found out about the mix up and sent me a RMA. The return tag that SBL sent was Frist Class USPS. SBL got the return last week and I'm still waiting because mine was sent with some kind of economy shipping! SBL did offer me a 20% discount on a future order. The discount has not fixed the first screwup it just makes me send money on something I don't need. I contacted SBL again and they then only offered a 15% discount."

"I wanted to replace all of the lights in the interior of my car. I talked to customer support because I was concerned that the leds would flicker when the lights come on and off. The customer service person recommended the bulbs that were more expensive and assured me that they would not flicker.
I get them installed in my car and sure enough when they go on and off it looks lime there is a strobe light in my car. I am really dissapointed. What a waste of time and money. Now I have to try to get my money back

Normally when I order these I pick them up the same day.
However we did not get a call they were ready as we were told we would.
In fact I called the next afternoon and to my surprise they were ready.
