"I ordered a small HD enclosure and it arrived very wuickly (I'm in the same state as them).

Just like the other people here, I never got an email or any confirmation other than the order page online. But the item got here quickly, no problems (assuming it works; I haven't tested it yet).

"A little nervous about ordering from these guys buy went and ordered a drive enclosure. Never recieved an emailed order confirmation, no way to track it on the web, so this made me really nervous. But after 24hrs received shipping notification about order. Received it next day in good condition."

"At first when checking the ratings on this company I was a little leary about doing business with them. They had no previous reviews except 1. It was an average review so I thought I would give them a try. After doing business with them I would not recommend this company to anyone not even a casual parts buyer. This is the WORST online reseller I have ever done business with. I orderd my equipment on September 1st, my card was billed the same day. I gave it 2 business days for the purchase to propegate though thier online system. When checking on the order I could not find any shipping information. It was unavailable. I gave it a few more days thinking they just have not have time to update thier system. On Monday the 9th I called thier sales number. They only have 1 person working the phones and he only does Ebay orders. He informed me that they had forgot to pick up my order. I gave him the chance to get this done and figured they would offer some form of credit. At least an apology email. After waiting 6 hours for an email I recieved nothing. I called back and spoke to the same individual. He then told me that the person who does the web orders has decided not to come to work yet. After telling the rep I was speaking with how important this piece of equipment was to my business I demanded he get this shipped ASAP and I would like to recive a credit at least free shipping and handleing. He told me he would see what he could do. After waiting 2 more hours I called back and was told the item was shipped and I would not be give a credit or an apologetic email from the company. He then became very rude with me on the phone and after a few moments I disconnected the call. I recieved an email from UPS with my tracking information a few hours later and have still not seen an email from anyone at SuperPCParts.com. Overall Review: Horrible in all aspects of the company. "

"Transaction was smooth. I ordered Monday evening by phone because there was no mention pricewatch option. Received Case at pricewatch price on Friday. They emailed me when it shipped with tracking information.
