"Ordered rechargeable, heated insoles with remote 11/11/19 and received their product 12/7/19...not what I ordered. For my $72.95 got a far inferior model that was not rechargeable and did not have a remote...took standard AA batteries and instead of lasting the advertised 8+ hours, the accompanying owners instruction clearly stated they would last "about 2 hours". Confronted customer service reps with this info and, after three email exchanges with detailed order/receipt info, they told me that "I got what I ordered"...NOT. No offer to have me return the merchandise/get my money refunded per their "100% 30 day money back guarantee". These guys are phonies/scammers. "I made my order on June 26, and about six days later the order still hasn't shipped. I paid a little extra to expedite shipping, but clearly that was a lost cause.
What's interesting, however, is that if you go to a site like PriceGrabber, you'd be astonished by how many fake reviews there are (positive reviews written by someone who's ONLY reviewed superduperclub and whose username is something like "jonwt_1923740128374" or such random set of letters and numbers). This guy goes out of his way to fabricate the quality of his service, and almost all the negative reviews are along the same vein: claimed items were in stock when they weren't; items were shipped weeks, if not months, after ordering; items were abruptly canceled, with or without notice; they would ship the wrong item and refuse to pay return shipping; the list goes on and on.
I'm hoping my Hori Fight Stick Ex2 arrives some time this decade, but if these reviews are any indication, I might as well start looking to other vendors.
*UPDATE*
Of course, the Hori Fight Stick didn't arrive. I sent an email to SuperDuperClub asking of the status, and they said that if I looked at the item's listing, I would have seen that the item would be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. The thing is, THAT'S NOT WHAT THE LISTING SAID WHEN I ORDERED IT. To make things even more suspicious, they canceled my order a day later without giving me any notice (I had to check my order status to find out), and after my order got canceled, the listing now says "In Stock - Ships Immediately."
This seller is by far the most unprofessional, unreliable, and insincere seller I've ever dealt with, and from what I've seen and read, I'm not alone with that sentiment."

"I see there are a lot of negative reviews for this website so I feel I should at least praise them for the pleasant experience I had ordering from them. I ordered a blu-ray through Superduperclub.com that was significantly marked down in price compared to every other website I had seen the product listed on. It really was an amazing deal but their website's appearance is slightly off putting. It doesn't appear very professional and there isn't always a picture associated with the item you may be purchasing. But I can tell you that the product shipped very fast and came exactly as expected. I will definitely order from them again if they have another great deal. Remember, more people will come online to vent about a retailer then praise them for a positive experience. So you can take this review as proof that at least one person had a smooth transaction.

It wasn't until I after I placed my order online did I discover the myriad of complaints against this company, or should I say "freelancer" working out of his kitchen.
After being shipped the wrong colored item (from what I specifically requested in my order) and then being told I get whatever is on hand at the warehouse, or return on my own dime, I have come to realize this is one of those operations that do not stock their own product and simply have items drop shipped via a web site.
If you look closely at their website, here is NNNOOOOO customer service phone number listed. I knew better, but got caught up in the great price I was getting and couldn't imagine what could go wrong. By was I wrong.
Again, the few dollars of savings you might get here is not worth the hassle."

This was to be a "Mothers Day" gift and they blew it.

"Ordered 3 items with 2nd day air shipping.
Two arrived on time, third took over a week to finally get to me. When the third item didn't arrive with the first shipment I tried to work with Customer Service. Customer Service rep was rude and unapologetic. Instead of answering my specific questions regarding the missing item, he quoted T&C that stated that items could be shipped from different warehouses. He didn't explain why all of them couldn't have still been shipped with 2nd Day Air. Plus, he said that the terms and conditions "clearly state", whereas the terms and conditions were nowhere to be found on the site and they never popped up anywhere during the ordering process. As far as I'm concerned, they lied to me about their shipping options. I wouldn't have placed the order if I knew the 2nd Day shipping would not be applied to all items. In general, I'd reccomend not using this merchant. I certainly never will again."

Three DVDs = $8.96 shipping.
They ship via USPS Media Mail. It took over two weeks for the order to arrive.
The bottom line here is that they present you with discounted prices, and then radically increase the shipping cost to cover the lower price. The net is that you basically pay the same, and if you live in CA like me, you get to wait two weeks for your DVD's to arrive.
