"I ordered a remanufactured Supercharger for my 1999 Jaguar XJR. The customer service over the phone was very professional, with extremely fast shipping and nice packaging. The problem with my order was that they shipped me the wrong supercharger. After we identified the issue and contacted Superchargerpros they checked and found out that they didn't have the correct supercharger for my vehicle. They apologized and promptly authorized me to return the supercharger and receive a full refund including return shipping cost. The refund only took 3 days after they received the returned supercharger. Overall I think that this is an excellent company, great customer service and very responsive to fixing the problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for parts purchases; I would just insure that any part ordered is verified buy photo to assure a correct match. "

I was a little dissapointed that the supercharger came without the internal oil installed after I was told on the phone that "Most all" superchargers come filled."
"I had asked if the order would also contain all the gaskets needed to install the supercharger; I was told yes. However, after having to wait for an appointment with my mechanic, he found that they had shipped only ONE gasket. The job was delayed AGAIN when he tried to order the gasket from NAPA and was told it was a special order. That added four days to the job. Now the job is complete so I will be returning my core to the company for a refund of my $200 deposit. I have been told the core was NOT damaged so hope to receive the deposit in a timely manner...we'll see!"
