I received emails almost daily in the short period that my order was delayed, which made me feel like a genuinely valued customer. The support is through email and the guy who runs it usually replies very quickly.

Product range
SuperCardStore sells SuperCards, SuperPasses, SuperKeys, Memory Cards and Memory Card readers. Everything you need to get started really. The only thing I found slightly disappointing was that no bundles were offered. I wouldn't have expected the bundles to be cheaper, the prices are already so low, but it would have been nice to just have to order 1 item and recieve all you need. They also sell NinjaPass X9s, M3Lites, EZFlash IV Lites and G6Lites.

Ease of use
The website is fairly easy to navigate, it's not very flashy. There are some basic guides on how to use the stuff, but some things aren't very clear as I had to email the seller to ask whether the SuperCard Rumble didn't support rumble in GBA games or just didn't play GBA games. All that was stated on the website was 'No GBA compatiblity'. Payment is made through PayPal, so that's easy enough to use.
