"I have had 3 order all the same item for 3 of my older PC's to upgrade them to USB 2.2 and Firewire 1394.

The first 2 orders arrive with 7days (1 week) from Monday to Montay - great work done shipping so fast from Hongkong to Germany.

The last order needs 5 weeks and I contacted Suntekstore-Customer Service that was very helpfull and overed solutions if the item never will arrive for the coming 7 days.
At the 7 day the item arrived and the reason for the delay was the German Import Tax Offices (also called Customs) that has this package only (from the 3 items I have ordered) for prove of tax purposes.
I closed the "miss my order case" with suntekstore because all is ok."
