"I stumbled upon Sunrise Cyclery when I did a Google search for 20 inch bicycle fenders. My folding bike did not include fenders directly from the manufacturer. I use my folder to commute to school 4 days out of the week. Several times I had to ride in light rain or water. It wasn't fun and my clothes paid the price.

Sunrise Cyclery was the only website that had the SKS Dahon 20 inch fenders in stock. I wish they were less expensive but having purchased SKS fenders before, I knew they were of great quality. I bought the fenders, along with a few other items in order to qualify for free shipping but the buying process was not fun.

Sunrise Cyclery's website felt slow, especially when filtering/browsing their many items. In my opinion, the items were organized poorly. Going back to my search results meant starting back from the beginning. This was annoying.

Once I had my shopping cart filled with my final items, checking out was easy. Overall, i was satisfied with my purchase and wouldn't mind recommending Sunrise Cyclery to anyone I know. "

I responded that I would take an alternative color in exchange and then heard nothing back at. I finally had to call and tell them again, yes please send the alternative color...finally, finally they send out the shorts (the alternative, not the original I ordered) on 7/1!
