"While the item was extremely cheap cost wise, the explanation of what it was for was non-existant. The shipping cost was 10 times more than the item. When I called and told your sales person, he referred my problem to a techie who told me it would not work and referred me to the company who made it. There I found that my expense was a waste of money because there was no useful description just 2 3.5mm females in to a 2.5mm male out seemed like just what I needed for my head set with a mike, except there wasn't any voice capability. There should have been a description about what this item was used for, yes? Your shipping cost was a tad high! I would return it for a refund but it cost $.55 and postage would be more than that. It was the shipping cost that's the problem."

"I am an end consumer and not a business. I say this because the company or website appears to marked towards businesses. Even if that is the case, I really liked that they made it possible for a consumer who knows what he is shopping for to be able to get what he wants at the price of what a business would pay.
Again I really liked the prices. Better than in store prices that I have seen and cheaper than large online retailers.
I did not like that some of the photos of products were thumbnails and could not be expanded any bigger than that. As a result, I ended up buying something that was quite a bit different than what I expected it to be from the picture. This mattered because, due to the product being larger than I thought it was going to be, they are completely useless to me and have to go shopping again.
I did not like that an invoice or receipt of some sort was not included with my products when I received them. I had to look up online at my invoice to make sure that I had received everything I ordered."
