Service: Jim and his service team got our new car ready and double checked that the parts ordered matched what we wanted added, then set us up with a loaner while the parts were installed (about 5 hour job). Eric (from sales) helped schedule the service for us and initiated the parts order. This process could not have been easier.
Parts: We wanted a windshield sunscreen that would fit properly for this vehicle. Using a convenient link they sent to our email, I found the product that also met the need. Ordered product late that evening, which went out in less time than the email promised. USPS misrouted the package and probably charged more than UPS would have charged. USPS caused a three day delay. In hindsight, we should have probably driven to the dealership to pickup. Would be nice if Parts would provide multiple shipping options/providers/prices/ETAs. Otherwise, the product was not only a perfect fit, but it also came with a leatherette storage case to keep it in good condition, instead of some flimsy nylon bag. That was a nice surprise."
