"Ordered shower enclosure on 7/19. Waited patiently for ship confirmation. Finally called on 7/26 to see what is going on. Was told that item shipped but they'll confirm. Got call back that item was shipped on 7/21, but was damaged in transit - no tracking number ever provided. Also was told that they had several in stock at time of sale but all have been sold... and, mfg has discontinued that model. I call BS on this. Let's see if I have to stop payment on CC or if they plan on actually refunding the purchase. Beware of seller!"

"Item was "available" so I ordered--expecting next-day shipping as per the website--but the order confirmation (via email) stated it was to ship 1-2 weeks later. I called to inquire about the discrepancy, got voicemail and days went by before I got an emailed reply stating it was to ship 2 weeks later. After 4 weeks and no item, nor any response to two more email inquiries I finally opened a dispute with Paypal and got a refund. Five weeks of hassle and nothing to show for it.
