"Well, not good. I still have not received the software. I paid extra understanding that the software would be sent via USPS. (I have two different mailing addresses, depending on whether the mail service is ground or USPS). The software was sent via ground and was not deliverable. It was sent back to your company. I was asked for the shipping address and I provided my USPS address. I did not reciev it and just tonight, in following up with the customer service department, learned that it was once again sent via USPS to the ground shipping address. Yikes. Now I'm getting upset. I would like to have the product, but am frustrated with how to get it."
