"I had to get my daughters truck winter ready and with our busy schedules we were really trying to get it done ASAP. My daughter called 10-10-14 and asked the to make a appt. for Sat 10-11-14 to get the oil changed, tire alignment and a price for 4 new tires for the winter weather. Well the nice man on the phone said well we can take you right now if that's good for you and unfortunately I was not in the area to be able to pick her up so she said Thank you but if we could schedule it for this Saturday that would be great. He replied, usually Saturday's are first come first serve basis. So she asked if she could drop it off Friday night and he said that would work. Saturday morning I received the call regarding the type of tires we were in need of for the truck and was just pleased that there was information given regarding the tires and as soon as we decided they were well on their way to getting the work complete. A few short hours later Zach called and said that the truck was ready and that there was only one thing that he noticed when he took the truck out for a test drive and that was her windshield wipers were torn and without hesitation I asked for him to replace them. He then proceeded to tell me what our total was and I replied that we would be there shortly he said, no rush and see you soon. When we got there we were greeted with a smile and a total and then I did tell him that I have some STS Coupons which in this day and age $40.00 is 40.00 and he was happy to take them for me. I have not walked into a establishment in a long time that has provided 100% Customer Service from first Phone call to the final payment. These guys in your Newton, New Jersey location are a rarity and they have received a lifetime customer with me and my family.
