"BUYER BEWARE!

Long story short:

- My fiance and I are expecting in January, and have started shopping for our baby's first stroller.

- We found the "Uppababy Cruz and Mesa Package" stroller on strollerdepot.com for $529.99

- I have screenshots of the webpage that specifically states it is for $529.99 and the package includes the stroller and the car seat with base.

- We called for clarification, did not receive any, so went ahead an bought it.

- The next morning, our order was cancelled and we asked why.

- The response via email was rude, accusatory, and very unprofessional.

- We walked away from the situation offended and without a stroller.

Long story:

Yesterday my fiance and I purchased the "Uppababy Cruz and Mesa Package" stroller that was advertised for $529.99 on Stroller Depot. We were excited about finding a good deal, considering this is about $300 more on amazon.com. We even sent customer service an email to see if the mesa car seat included in the package was the same color as the stroller. We received no answer, so we went ahead and bought it.

The next day, they responded very abruptly that they are going to cancel our order (no apology no explanation). This seemed strange, so we went back to the website and noticed that all of a sudden (just mins after our email was sent) the webpage for the Cruz/Mesa package was taken down from the website.

Next, we were sent an email saying there was no such package and that my fiancé implied that a car seat was included not the advertisement, even after she sent them a screenshot of the webpage with all of the details... talk about suspect!

Our experience with StrollerDepot has been disappointing. Every store I've shopped at will gladly own up to their mistakes and honor a deal advertised on their website, however Stroller Depot will not only not honor their deals but they will literally accuse you of lying.

We are a hard-working couple that just wants our money to go a long way, so we searched for a good deal on a stroller for our future son. We don't complain often about poor service, but after this experience, I feel that they offended my fiance, called her a liar, and gave us the cold shoulder.

Chances are, Stroller Depot will respond to this review in the same manner they responded to our emails with an accusatory statement. This is not the customer service I expect from a reputable business."

Did not receive a shipping notice until the day after purchase ... seems that a company this experienced and established should be able to provide somewhat immediate info regarding shipping.
