"Honestly I do not understand the negative reviews on this website.
I have never encountered any problems with them and I have ordered more than 30 times from their website. They ship on time and though the delivery takes almost a month sometimes (not sure who is to blame here...) it always arrives undamaged. As far as I can tell, all the products that I have received were genuine and relatively fresh (more than a year till expiration date).
So I will recommend strawberry to anyone who is willing to try.

"Their selections are great, quick and easy order with nice discounts but be aware of certain thing from my experience with them. It is almost a gamble, hit or miss shopping with them.
- Some items (eyeshadows and all perfumes I've purchased in the past) come without retail plastic shrink wrap as if it might appear to be opened
(I know this since I purchased a same item in Japan at department store. It came with shrink wrapped bland new. Not from StrawberryNet.)
- Return shipping is not covered and address is in Hong Kong

The plastic wrap is applied by the retailers, normally to protect the items when they are on the shop display shelves. As we don"t have any shops, we don"t apply this wrapping ourselves and leave it up to the suppliers to decide.
OK so it is kind of less legit...? If you don't mind these aspects of online purchase then StrawberryNet would be a great place to shop.

"Two days ago I bought a Memoir Man 3.4oz on their daily deals. At the time I made my order they still have them in stock.
Today for my suprise they sent me an email cancelling the order because they said they do not have it in stock. However when I entered their website, they still have in stock, they have more than 10 in stock, I tried to put 10 in the cart and went to the payment page.

I tried contact them explaining the case, they just answered that the units for the daily deals was over... However they didn't advised that there were a diferent stock for the daily deal...isn't it very convenient no?
I mentioned that I was going to make it public for everybody, after that I received an offer of BRL50, converting is somthing like U$20 to apologize... No, they will not buy my silence!
If you complain about that, they change the person responsable for your case and you need to explain all again."
"Can't believe how fast delivery is from StrawberryNet! I placed my order on the 8th of June and it was in my mailbox by 10am on the 12th of June. I was expecting it to take around about 10 days.
The product is exactly what I ordered and I thought the cost was reasonable and a lot cheaper to what they sell it for in my town.

"I stopped buying from there awhile back when I heard about a customer's report of fake MAC. I discovered Rock the Catwalk cosmetics from the US and am happier with them. They appear to be a small company but at least they respond to my emails. I decided to look up strawberry net again and am glad to read they are now back to selling authentic goods however the prices are much higher than I remembered them. And it seems they are having issues with customer service. Every time I want to research a new store I google "xyx store sucks". A lot of results came back for them so I decided to stay away. "The prices are on the heavy side but it's ok because most of what they carry is hard to get in Russia. The shipping is dead slow (definitely not the same day nor same week shipping)but that's probably normal for Asia. They packed the items I ordered they ship exceptionally well though.
Also, ever since I placed my first order they keep sending me their ad messages (sometimes 3 or 4 per week) and there's no way to unsubscribe (tried several times, wrote to their customer support, etc.).
Not worth it.
