"I placed an order for a compact flash GPS unit on Friday 12-12-2003. According to the FAQ's on their site, orders typically entering shipping within 1 to 3 hours. While I can understand that my order would probably not ship till Monday, I expected it to ship then. On Tuesday when my order still showed pending, I emailed inquiring about the order. Later that day, I received an email back, assuring me that my order would ship out today. Later on in the evening, I received a phone call from them advising me that the item that I ordered was not in stock, but they did have an upgraded model in stock that they could ship if I wanted to pay the extra amount. I refused and asked that the order be cancelled. The Customer service representative that I was talking with, Tun Tun, kept asking me to give him another day and he would try to find me one. I had to ask several times before he agreed to cancel the order. Stay away from this company, while I can't say for sure, it sure gives the appearance of "Bait & Switch". "
