"Terrible experience with emailed coupon and follow service. They are fine as long as you don't do anything unusual... well maybe. Don't try to buy the last or display model. I did. They charge me the wrong price. $10 over. Then I found the correct... aka suggested retail price which was $10 dollars lower. Went back and they adjusted but didn't take the discount or the coupon they sent me. Then told me I was getting a credit but the credit turned out to be a charge. So I wen for a price adjustment and they adjusted if UP not down as it should have been.

The big problem was if they can't sell an item they should just say so instead of wasting your time by doing it wrong over and over.

I won't be going back to Storables. The first manager acted like we were wrong because the clerk suggested a discount for buying a display model. I think this may have been in part because we are not yuppies but more working class. I don't need the judgement and then incompetence. The date of this was for a return since I gave up on trying to buy. The credit hasn't shown up but other charges to the same card have from a later date. Hmmm, I won't buy. I would rather pay more to shop anywhere else.
