I placed the order Friday, and received a confirmation email a short time later. They said: "We are just waiting on stock to arrive from the supplier therefore there will be a small delay in dispatching your order".

Since this is my first order with them, I don't know if this is a common occurence.

I contacted them a week later requesting a shipping date. They responded almost immediately and informed me the order had shipped. It took about a week for the order to arrive.

I would prefer they had some form of order tracking so you wouldn't have to wonder what was going on, but other than that I have no complaints.
