"I paid extra for expedited shipping due to a contracted time constraint. The order took 5 days to get here and it was not complete. The bases for the signs did not ship with the signs. I contacted the company and was informed they would ship the bases that day. I am 2 weeks in and still no bases or email that they have shipped. Because I missed the contracted deadline it has cost me an additional $500.00 in fees. "
