"I ordered marble tiles that were delivered to the wrong address (the carrier had delivered incorrectly - Stone Center had the right address). When I didn't receive my original deliver I called and someone answered on the first ring. They stated someone would call me back first thing the next day (I'm in the East Coast and called late in the day so the person answering was in the PST region). The next day came and 9am on the dot I got a call from them explaining that they investigated and found out the issue was on the carrier's end. They apologized and told me I would receive a new shipment in 2 days max. I received the packaged within 24 hours of that call! The packaging was great and had no broken tiles. Thank you!"

"I ordered the very expensive Carrera marble feather leaf backsplash, which is sold in sheets. Came quickly and was perfectly packaged; not a single chip or broken piece. It had more grey color and less white than the sample I first ordered and received, but when my tile setter installed it, it was a nice contrast to my Carrera extra white honed marble countertops. I bought the polished backsplash which my setter recommended to add light to the small kitchen. It's really pretty custom, and unique; I didn't find it anywhere else. Tips: Due to the complex cuts and cost, hire an expert tile setter and don't try to do it yourself. Also; order way more than the ten percent over that is usually recommended, due to the many cuts needed to complete the project."
