"I really wish I had found this site prior to ordering from this website. I ordered sunglasses thinking I was just getting a great deal on suglasses I had loved. Little did I know that they ignore your requests for assistance. I ordered on 2-4-2013 and still haven't seen any movement from them. Its been over two weeks and they have already charged my cc. I have emailed twice and called-went to vm. Their live support is non-existant!"

"Pretty bad. I ordered a pair of Ray Bans, got an e-mail confirming the order, got charged and then didn't hear anything for at least 2 weeks. The order status was stuck at "processed" and they hadn't even shipped after weeks! I tried e-mailing and leaving voicemails. I finally got a human and she was like, "OH we were just going to call you and tell you we don't have these any more." I cancelled my order and had to call back to get an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation. Finally got refunded about 3 weeks later. What an ordeal."

"Worst online store ever.
I ordered October 18th.
After 2 weeks I called on the status of my order and they said they should ship in about a week. I called a week later and they again said they should ship in about a week. It has been 6 weeks and for the last week they won't answer the phone or return my calls.
Very scary. my credit card has been charged $168, but so far no glasses or any type of return reply!

"I ordered from this company last Nov.15,2012 and until now the status of my purchased is still on pending!!!I keep on sending them email but no response from them!!!They have a poor service and they should not tell lies that they shipped internationally if they really don't!!!I paid for their product and the shipping but they don't care to update me regarding my purchased!!!"

"This company is shady to say the least. I ordered a pair of sunglasses from them just after Christmas (December 27). After I had paid and the order was set, I received an email stating that they were on back order and that they would not be shipped for 2-5 weeks, and if i wanted my money back all i had to do was respond with in 12 HOURS, if the response was later I would be charged a restocking fee of 20% (mind you, for an item THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE IN STOCK!!!). What a joke! StockSunglasses can take 3 times longer to do what they were contracted to, but I only have 12 hours! On top of that there was barely an apology and nothing to show good faith (ie. refund shipping cost). What a joke this company is, how can you sell something you do not have? And if you want to do anything to save grace at least refund the the shipping cost, I could have walked them from Florida to San Diego faster.

Almost a full month later I received an email stating that they have been shipped, I still have no idea when I will see the $110 pair of glasses I ordered. The way they do business... I'm guessing at least another 14 days.

Don't waste your time with this company. Spend the extra money to put the worry of being robbed to rest!

"I placed an order that was said to be delivered within 5 days. After 8 days it has not shipped and I have tried to contact customer service and not gotten any response. I will be cancelling my order from them. Very disappointing. If you screw up at least try to remedy the situation."
