Not only did they send me a faulty computer with a non-functioning keyboard and mouse, but the computer they sent me had emails and data from the previous owner still on it! Not only that, the customer service representative proceeded to berate me for not being satisfied, and made excuses about other customers having a better experience than me, and I should just accept the computer as it is. They are the worst business I have ever had to deal with. Don't buy anything from them ever. It's not worth the hassle. They will send you defective products and won't let you return them for a refund."
