Best Oils I Have Ever Used

"I have been using Stillpoint Oils for many years now. I haven't found any other company that can compare with the purity, ethical standards and excellent sourcing Stillpoint offers. Neither have I found any other aromatherapy company that comes close in terms of knowledge base or customer support. Joy really does know the fine details of this field, and has a refreshingly pragmatic and informed approach to safety and sensible usage of oils. I have also had the pleasure of visiting Sedona and having an amazing aromatherapy massage from Joy. Talking the talk is one thing - walking the walk entirely another. I recommend Stillpoint to anyone who wants to purchase the very best oils that can be found. "

I love this company for many reasons

"I am a massage therapist and I took a CEU class for essential oils, so my experience with oils is pretty minimal. I did a little research and found Sillpoint Aromatics that way.

My experience with Stillpoint has been nothing but positive, and they seem to go above and beyond to meet my needs and address my concerns. Not to mention, their oils are magnificent! My clients experience a deeper healing and relaxation level since I have been using their Chamomile EO in my massage oil.

This is a top-notch organization, and I have no problem referring people to buy their oils and do business with them.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Don't ask them about GC/MS reports

"I asked questions about the GC/MS tests for the oils and other questions via email. I never got a response. One of my questions was answered about a distiller but only after I sent a second email asking why they had not answered. They told me to call the manufacturer, your basic pass the buck answer.

Since I have purchased sooooo much from them I felt I deserved an answer. First they told me to call someone else in another state who had nothing to do with the company. I called her and she basically said why are you calling me?

So I called back and asked to speak to the owner of Stillpoint. Owner called back that night and was VERY rude and kept interrupting me. She would not let me talk. She ended up telling me that there are plenty of essential oil companies out there and I need to go someplace else. Then she hung up on me. It seriously sounded like a defensive, guilty conscious to me.

I will never shop there again.

Stillpoint Aromatics Customer Service?

"In March 2017, I decided to take "Therapeutic and Medicinal Uses of Essential Oils” at Stillpoint. The class was listed at $400.00 on the Stillpoint website and was scheduled to take place on November 10-12, 2017.

On March 21, I went to the Stillpoint shop and wrote a check for a $100.00 deposit for this class. In September, I looked on the Stillpoint website and the class had gone up to $495.00. I felt this was too much money for me to pay for the 2 1/2 day workshop. So I went to the website contact area, and wrote that the class had gone up since I signed up, and I no longer wished to take it at that price and asked them to refund my $100.00 deposit. They responded to me via email, by asking me when I signed up as they had no record of me or my deposit. So, I responded via email - sending a photocopy of my check that they had clearly accepted and deposited. I waited several days and I never heard back from them. So I emailed them again and I again asked for a refund through their website contact area. I waited again and when I did not hear from them I sent an email and again asked them to refund my $100 deposit. Again no answer. My husband and I called Stillpoint on Oct. 3. Joy answered and when we explained the situation and asked if she would refund my deposit, she said “certainly!" Now again I have not heard from Joy or Cynthia and have not received the refund they said they would issue.

Any customer deserves a response. Ignoring a customer is horrible customer service. I would not recommend Stillpoint.
