Wish I Had Read the Reviews Before Ordering...

"Ordered iron on transfers for a charity event and paid $45 for them to be delivered by 12/28, which left me a few days to spare before I have to travel to the event. Late at night on 12/28, I receive an email that my order is ready to ship.... it was supposed to be delivered by that date. Used the chat feature on the website where the person blamed the delay on the US Postal Service... yet they shipped via UPS and at the time of the chat, the package had not even been picked up by UPS yet! They offered a refund of the shipping only after I pointed out to them that the shipper wasn't to blame. They then offered the excuse of "production delays" and "lots of orders". Checked tracking and the items won't be delivered until Jan 2nd.

So long story short, I'll be away at my charity event that I needed the items for while my order sits at my front door at home. The items are useless to me after the event.

Like others have stated, they never reached out to notify of a delay in shipping the items, otherwise I could have had them send the package to my hotel.

The worst

"This has to be the worst company in the world for labels. The customer service is very very bad I am talking so bad words can not explain. First off they have no number at all,red flag 1. so if you have any questions about anything on the site you have to do a form then a live chat pops up and it take 10 to 20min for someone to respond on live chat and when they do respond they have no answer for you to the point you think its automated. I have been waiting on a quote for over 5days. This has to be someone in there basement or out sourcing the work. I will never again do any type of business with them. the mans name I worked with was Nazar Stanislavskyi"

"Too bad their shipping is terribly slow. I was suppose to get then today and didn't. Now we won't have the stickers we needed for our wedding. We should of paid attention to the reviews!"

Single Page, Kiss-Cut. Great prints, fast delivery.

"I ordered a single page of assorted kiss-cut stickers to put on my laptop. I ordered on 11/9, it shipped on 11/13, and I received it on 11/20. I used the lowest tier of shipping, and their expected delivery window was 7+ days. Still,I got it one day early.

The actual stickers turned out really well too. The printer ppi could be better though. Overall a great experience.

Won't be back

"First the order didn't arrive as ordered. When I attempted to contact them it took days for a response via email. They never returned my phone call. When I did communicate with them they stated that I didn't use a vector file. No where on the instructions did it mention that this was required for the sticker I requested. Their customer service is non-existent. They did offer a credit to my account and I could order again; however, without the ability to change the file to a vector file I still wouldn't get what I wanted. When I requested a refund they refused. I will never order again from this company.

Recommend

"No other company has such low costs for patches, super happy. I couldn't find anyone else that sold just one single patch, so that was great. Easy website, but wish I selected express shipping because the standard was pretty slow. Would recommend though!"

Poor customer service

"I ordered some iron-on decals twice. The first time I ordered an iron-on decal it came out wrong but I was able to work around it but it wasn't one hundred percent what I wanted. They originally told me that if I wasn't satisfied that I can get my money back but all they did was give me 25% off for my next order.. it happened that I needed two more iron-on decals for a Disney trip so I figured I would try one more time and yet behold one of the decals came out really good but the second one did not. I called them and asked them to fix it and all I got from them was the runaround and said that since they made an error and put two of the decals on the one paper that I actually got more than what I paid for. But in reality I just wanted one image on the full paper. I've been going back and forth back and forth with emails and is very annoying and they will not fix the air that they have made. I will never use them again."

This is not a professional print service. Beware.

"I can't say enough repulsive things to be honest. I don't know who operates this company but I wouldn't be surprised if these were being printed off of a $30 Epson in someone's mother's basement. That's what the quality looked like. You don't pay for things to be printed by professionals for it to look worse than if you had done the crap yourself on a cheap printer. The sticker quality was also horrid. Adhesive goes EVERYWHERE when you take then off the sheet and place them so there's white strings you can't get off everywhere. These weren't even quality enough to put on my products but I put one on my black caps just to see how it looked, and there's adhesive everywhere like spider webs. When I contacted customer service, they said my graphics were the issue. My graphics that are enormous and on PDFs created by a graphic designer are the issue? They in but so many words admitted their printers aren't capable of doing yellow or blue writing on a black background. Then why are you in the business?!?!?!!? StickerMule and Vistaprint had NO PROBLEMS printing these. At all. They were gorgeous!!!! This place is cheaper because it's cheap work by unprofessionals. If my stickers were going to be blurry, then why did you ship them?!?! Nothing makes sense. And offered NO compensation. They told me to change the colors and font sizes in my graphics. Um wtf?! If they had even bothered to view my labels, they'd know that wasn't an option. Just insulting. But NO explanation for the stringy adhesive that goes everywhere when you peel a sticker. Unbelievable really. I will never waste another cent with them and I'm warning everyone I know not to either. Go vistaprint or stickermule. Very worth it and they lots of promos. This place is trash and an insult to the industry and anyone else using them to boost their own industry and hobbies. Sad sad."

Rocky Start.. amazing Finish

"I tried ordering some roll labels online but I got confused with all the choices and almost gave up. When I reached out for a quote it took a bit of time for someone to get back to me, but then they helped me to choose the clear labels that they suggested would work on my jam jars. The labels came and and they look great! I'm so happy they suggested this and it shows they understand their product and how it can be applied on my Jars. I'm so happy!"

Basically stole my money

"I ordered 1.5 inch labels and received much smaller ones. I emailed them to correct the issue, and they kept asking for more pictures to prove that they were too small. Fine. I sent them several including one up against a ruler. Zero response since then despite repeated additional emails. I attempted to contact someone via live chat and was disconnected by him before I had finished giving him all the information. Tried again and was told he'd let so and so know and she'd contact me. Still nothing. I paid for 1000 labels and have yet to receive the correct ones. They don't seem to care. I'll never use this company again."

Awesome Products

"The reviews on here are so different from the Google reviews and I don't understand why! I ordered stickers and tattoos and they were so cool. Great quality and this was the cheapest place I found for custom stickers. I chose express shipping so I got my order super quick and had a tracking number as well. I'll probably order again :)"
