website worked well, customer service did not

"Here is my experience with StickersBanners.com...

I visited their website.
Clicked on "magnetic bumper stickers".
Clicked on "do it yourself design center".
Created a "red orange" color sticker with no text/graphics.
Submitted my order, and paid using PayPal.
I got an email confirmation for my order.
So far, so good.

I planned to use the magnetic bumper stickers as a visual aid.

In a couple of hours, I get a call from Ben at StickersBanners.com.
He left voicemail, saying he wanted to confirm my order.

I tried calling back, but my call wouldn't go through, so I emailed him, using their own order confirmation email, which contained a link to the item that I created on their website. In my email, I confirmed that I wanted the magnetic bumper stickers to be blank. I also confirmed the color and quantity.

Ben emails back, saying there was no file or image attached to the email that I forwarded. But that wasn't true; the order confirmation email had a link to their website showing the item. I used their online design software, so I have no file/image other than what they sent me.

He also asked if I wanted a blank ORANGE banner. No! My order was for blank "red orange" magnetic bumper stickers. So, I again confirmed my order for him, and again attached the order confirmation email.

The next day, Ben emails me again, asking "So you want, bland RedOrange magnets? Please confirm."

At this point I lost confidence in the company. There is nothing bland about the color RedOrange. And they aren't just magnets. They are magnetic bumper stickers.

So, I emailed Ben and told him to cancel my order and issue a refund to me, which he did promptly. I will take my business elsewhere.

This was a simple order. I used their website. I used their online design software. This was SO SIMPLE. After already confirming my order TWICE for this man, he still wasn't getting it. Not a good sign.
