"I literally received a package for 50 stickers that I ordered and my stickers WERE NOT INSIDE! The only thing in the package was a couple of their advertisement stickers. I have emailed multiple times in the app and on the pc website and have yet to receive ANY response whatsoever. This is unacceptable. Beware, when you have a problem, they seem unwilling to help."
"Order yard signs for our company, items never arrived. When contacting Sticker Mule, the only way through email, they blew it off like it was no big deal. Had a large company job plan that we needed the signs for, and they didn't even rush us a new set of sings. Was given a $25 gift card to their store and was told the reorder signs would reach me in a week. What happen to 4 days turn around? Why would I want to use them again if they couldn't even get my order ship to me correctly. On top of that 2 days after complaining and going around and around in emails, I end up getting another order for a completely different customer of theirs. Had my company name on the box, but the signs were for a school in Washington. This company is a joke and I suggest you save your money and find a different company. Not only can they not get the orders right, but lack in customer service. "
"I order $500 worth of die cut stickers and they sent round stickers that are cheaper then the die cut i ordered. After several emails with customer service they would not fix my order, they did not refund the $69 that they overcharged me. They did give a $50 credit but put a time frame of when and how I could use it. I am disappointed in the in the customer service and the company. I will not be coming back to sticker mule. "
"I bought 4 sets of 10 holographic samples thru a link on an ad on instagram. I received stickers that were non holographic so they offered me, a first time customer, a coupon if i spend $30 more with them. You mess up my first order and expect me to spend more money on your products? No thanks."
"I purchased 50 custom magnets (76mmx76mm, about 3"x3") during a sale. The proof arrived in my inbox so fast, I was blown away! The estimated arrival date for my order was about two weeks, but I received them in 4 days. In addition to the fun freebies they included with my order, the magnets I received were stunning. The colour quality was awesome! They were a bit thinner than I was expecting, but that works GREAT for me because I plan to sell then in my online store, and lighter weight = less shipping cost. Awesome!! "
"I spent a pretty penny on getting company stickers from these people. The stickers' text was blurry and really bad. They said they would fix it and resend a new shipment. They foxed my design then after I approved and it looked like it would be more clear, I have not gotten one reply or any help AT ALL. I have sent a handful of messages and nothing. They made me think they were resending me the stickers. NOTHING. No replies to any email and they are too lazy to even have a number. Why would a company not have a number?? RIP OFFS!"
"The order process starts by selecting a sticker size, 8” wide in my case. During the ordering process, my order was confirmed at a 8.98” wide, and then at 9.72” width, either of which would have been OK. But the fine print on the final screen changed the width to over 16” because they force you to pick a letter height but don’t reveal that it will override everything else at the last second.
They confirmed that my order was confirmed at 8” and 9” but refused to refund anything because of the final change, buried in small print on a mobile screen that was almost unreadable. Very deceptive.
Their return process and email contact form also don’t work, making them hard to deal with. Went with another company for all my sticker business and am happy with them. "

"I ordered 2 kiss cut sticker patterns 50 of each. The sent the "proof" It was a rectangle around my rectangular sticker with no cut line around the shape. Then when I said they should do that, they sent an image with such a thin line, you couldn't see the whole thing. So I asked for clarification. Then I couldn't get to the second image to verify. They sent a dead link. They never send an image with a clear cut line. I also sent them the image they sent me so they could see how poor it was. They wasted 3 hours of back & forth and still got it wrong. if you want things done right, you may have to pay a little more, but it's worth it rather that waste hours with unprofessional people. I have cancelled my order and got far away from this poorly ran organization."
