"Dont waste your money. It worked at one time, though not all features work on all phones so be careful. Since they "updated" the website, it rarely works. When it does work, I get pages of the same text message over and over. The site is extremely slow on the rare occasions I can actually get logged in. Customer service? Non-existent. There are more reliable programs out there."
"I got this software because I was concerned about faithfulness in my relationship. At first, the software worked pretty good, even though I had to install it twice on the target phone.
The problem is, every time I needed information in a timely manner, the site would run extremely slow, or not at all. There were a few days it was out completely.
The "record surroundings" was a crucial feature for me, but it seems as though every time I really NEED to use the feature, it's not working. Now, after a site redesign, it's even worse. It's very seldom up to speed, and I am missing critical evidence I need because it won't run fast enough....or at all.
Customer service is pretty nonexistant, and when and if you actually get someone, good luck...not much help at all. And if you email them, they won't bother to reply.
It's a great concept, but they definitely don't have the bugs worked out yet...I wouldn't recommend it. It will make you crazier than when you felt like you needed it!"
"This product is not worth the price. Many of the features are not available on iPhones, something they do NOT warn you about before you purchase. You have to jail-break the target phone in order to use this product, another thing they don't warn you about. If the user deletes the text messages after reading/writing them, they are never uploaded to the site. The record surroundings fucntion only works about 30% of the time. The customer support is useless. A lot of double talk and they blame everything under the sun for the fact that this product doesn't work poperly. No accountability. I definitely DO NOT recommend this product."

Once I downloaded it on my daughter’s smart phone I found out that my setback turned out to be genuine. He was abusive and dominant over her to the extent of batter her. I talked to my daughter and assured that this guy is being just a creep and she is only wasting herself on him. She understood that and after couple of heated squabbles with him, we finally got rid of him."
