My son 93 civic starter was acting up like you hear a click every time you turn the ignition the first time during the day and the second try the starter would turn over it happens one or twice a week, my brother is a mechanic told me its the starter.Re-manufactured starter for automatic transmission in Hayward Ca runs from $110 to $200 plus tax, junk yard from $40-$60 a month warranty and craigslist is $60 b/o without warranty. While searching the internet i came accross a site where you install an add-on and gives you cheaper item of what you are searching( i could not remember the program cause i dont have the computer im using) and i saw StarterPros way cheaper plus free shipping no sales tax and no core. Ordered on Jan 27 arrived Jan 31st an i was amazed by the packaging like how you package a breakable stuff,Installed the same day and when i turn the ignition you can hear the starter rev, the same strong sounds when you test a starter by itself with a battery i haven't hear that for a long long time. "so far, i must say i've had a great experience with starterpros. for my vehicle, some places only have 1 starter listed. other 2, one for gas, others diesel. starterpros had all of them clearly labelled so i got the right one. ordering from another place would have been a crapshoot.
