Small child sized masks for sell

"Sells child sized masks and hides behind it's a charity item you can't return it. If I wanted to donate to a charity for nothing I would have done so. Contacted by horrible support. Really wish I seen these reviews before buying crappy product."

Robbers they charge for delivery and over a week still no gift

"Wish I had read reviews before ordering and paying well over the odds for delivery. Very mis leading delivery times. Fathers Day gift has not arrived in time. Very poor and will never order again. "

DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR SHIPPING! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

"Please read this review before you consider shopping at Star Trek Shop! So here we are in the midst of Covid 19 pandemic. I ordered my friend a birthday gift from this store because she is a Trek junky, she can't get enough of it. So of course her birthday fell on the 11th of January. I really wanted to get her gift to arrive as soon as possible. I really wanted it to arrive on the 11th but knew with covid it wouldn't be possible. But! I thought, Hay, this place offers express shipping, and quicker shipping options. If I pay a little extra they say they can get the item to me between the 9th and the 13th. So I said, Hay why not pay a little extra and hopefully it may arrive on my date. Nope. I was wrong. I was so wrong. I paid 9$ extra for quicker shipping. Do you know what happened? The item didn't arrive till over a week from the date they said they would ship it. So I'm like. Why did I pay an extra 9$ for an item that was maybe never going to arrive on time? So I contact them by email and ask if I can get a refund for the shipping. You know what? They basically tell me tough crap, we're taking your money and **** for you. Sooooo that means this company can steal your money and lie to your face and promise you quicker shipping but never ship the item quicker or on time. So they basically know that the item wont arrive on time, so why the heck are they charging extra when they know they cannot fulfill the dates? Why are they charging extra for shipping quick when that wont happen? They said we would consider your complaint. Basically they told me tough shiz, **** for you. We're stealing your money and tough luck. So please don't buy from this store, and please whatever you do. DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR SHIPPING! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! "

Still, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering

"Update: have finally received an email on the broken product being shipped. However, still have heard anything on my other 3 orders.

I have place 4 consecutive orders with Star Trek Shop. one order has been delivered and is damaged, (see photo). I have emailed customer service multiple times and have not heard anything on how to obtain a replacement or refund. I have also not heard anything on my 3 other orders. The site mentions a window of when I should receive a notification when shipped. I am now 5 days outside of that window. I have emailed customer service about this as well and have not heard anything. This is borderline theft by receipt of payment for goods not rendered. My next step is to reach out to my States Attorney for assistance in obtaining a refund or the goods originally purchase in operable order.

Do not buy from Start Trek Shop

"Hi ,
Their products are low quality , I bought a pickard mug and very quickly it started fading, and chipping,
The handle broke off from normal use.
When I tried to contact their support, they simply gave me the regular discount / coupon that is freely available on their site,
I tried to reason with them through several emails but I guess customer satisfaction is a joke to them.
I am still open for a remedy from Star Trek Shop

Order 6 weeks ahead of Christmas ... shipped 5th of January

"a) The occurence of the holiday season seemed to take those ppl by surprise which is weird if you run a store. How is it not possible to have a couple of T-Shirts printed in a matter of 6 weeks?
b) Shipping notifications and order display in shop contain no useful tracking information.

This is not the future I was looking for

Do Not Use This Site

"Everything seemed fine at first but then I couldn't track the order online. The parcel has still not been received. After several attempts to contact the site via their online form I finally received a response saying that they apologise for the delay in responding and to let them know if there is still an issue. Not only was I frustrated with the issue itself but now with the appalling customer service."

"I ordered from this site before Christmas because the phone agent informed me that I would receive a free star trek stocking with my order. They told me they were out of stock at the moment but that it would be sent shortly when they got more in. I contacted them when I received my order and asked again, they again informed me that I would get the stocking soon. Two weeks later I get an email and they inform me they have cancelled the order for my gift. I told them about what happened . After 2 more weeks they wrote me back and said basically oops, sorry, tough luck. Refused to help in any way even though they enticed me to make a purchase on the premise of a lie. Bait and Switch people - do not buy from them, they are dishonest and have the poorest customer service I have seen in a long time. "

"I placed my order on 03/21/2014. I immediately got a confirmation email which was nice. Fast forward two weeks, still no shirt, still no "your order has shipped" email. There is no phone number for them so I had to submit a ticket via their website. Four days later I get a response, they claimed it got delayed in processing and will get it out ASAP. Magically, 11 hours later, I finally get the "your order has shipped" email. Fast forward 4 more days... no shirt yet. I open up my account screen and check the provided tracking number, it's not a valid USPS tracking number! I open yet another ticket advising that the tracking number provided is wrong and what is the correct one, their response? I kid you not, "Thank you for your email. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated! If you need any further assistance, please let us know." No correct tracking number, no "sorry about that here's the right one, just a canned response. Luckily a few days later, some 21 days after I placed my order, I receive the single t-shirt I ordered.

The quality of the shirt? It's literally a Hane's Underwear t-shirt with a screen printed image on the front. The shirt is so thin you can see through it, it was meant by Hane's to be an undershirt!

Complete and utter failure from start till finish. I'm very surprised Star Trek lets them use their name with service and quality like this!
