The store associate said that the price posted was wrong. That it had not been changed yet. I feel that I should have been charged the sale price since that was the price posted on the shoes."

All other associates were busy rearranging, unloading boxes, and other jobs. While they were working, they were not easily available to help customers with shopping or checkout."
