Finally had to get own makeup then waited 10 min to check out. Please review camera to confirm assoicates actions and my wait times. Mgmt offered no apology and made snyde remarks to other assoicates about my fustration over customer service"

"Madison was the representative at the register I chose and she was extremely helpful. She noticed I was wearing pink and thereby gave me a discount (I wasn't even aware of before hand) for breast cancer awareness month. Because of this my in store experience was much improved and the reason I would consider coming back to the store as opposed to using the website or shopping elsewhere."
