"The cashiers and manager had very poor customer service. The cashier had a terrible attitude, she overcharged me so I had to get back in line to be refunded. I had to wait over 5 minutes the first time I checked out and again to get the return for the overcharge. The cashier was short and rude. Before I left I told the cashier that this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a stage store. She laughed so I told her that her poor attitude was the reason. I shop at stage a lot, I actually spend a good money throughout the year. I will never be back at the Shreveport, LA store again. Terrible customer service."
