Melissa the cashier was rude and EMBARRASSED me in front of other people. She stated ot wasn't on sale. She looked hung over or on drugs. Her eyes were blood shot with dark circles underneath her eyes. She displayed irritability, frustration, and seemed like she didn't want to be there."

"I think the sale representatives should know the sales and promotions. If the representative would have told me I would loose some of my payback reward money, I would have brought more stuff. But she didn't tell me. I felt she thought I was trying to take advantage of the store when I got my 27 dollars pants for free that day with my 40 dollar payback reward. She didn't realize I was there a few days before and spent over 400 dollars for Christmas presents. That employee doesn't see the big picture and is soured in her life and it trickles down to the shoppers of Stage."
