"Was great. Looking for specific perfume for my daughter and received several perfume samples in the mail. Went in to the store, one gift set was all sold out which stunk, but they had the other one in stock. My only complaint is the way they do their coupons. I had a 40% off coupon, but didn't see the fine print where it says it wasn't applicable for fragrances. Seriously the list of what isn't covered by the coupon, they could probably save time by just putting what you could buy. And if you have rewards and a credit card with them so you receive special coupons, they should not have exclusions, but that isn't anything that is just Stage / Bealls applicable. All the greedy companies do it too. So if they decide to step above the competition, it might be something they consider."

Christy and Angelica were very friendly and extremely helpful. They stopped what they were doing to carry a heavy item to my car, and they loaded the item for me as well. Now I have noticed that the Clinique/Este Lauder counters are improving, please keep it up, when I go in to buy my Clinique, I like it to be there, the company needs to make it a priority to have the cosmetic counter well stocked, Thank you"
