"Was satisfied with my experience."
"My experience was truly satisfying because I received many great deals with my coupons and online discounts. I had some wonderful deals on clothing, perfume, and shoes. Stage is a terrific store to purchase what a person needs for everyday living."
"A very good place to shop. There is a great variety to shop. Price for clothing is within my budget. There is always great sale. Thank you"
"love the store in opelousas, la But the lafayette, la store needs alot of help cloths sizes were mixed together from small through 3x. I promply left that store and will not return."
"Overall, I love shopping at Stage. The store is usually clean and well organized. Everything is sectioned off based on size. Sale racks are visually placed and easily identified. Associates are usually friendly and will greet you when passing and willing to help even if it appears they are in the middle of another task. The sales are fantastic and the quality of the merchandise is awesome!"
"I needed shoes. The security tag was placed where I could not try on the shoe without it's removal. I was told the only way that I could remove it in order for me to try it on was to bring it to the front of the store. This location just remodels so all of the check outs are now at the front of the store. (They should have at least one for the shoe department.) Also, with the new change, it is harder to find sale associates to assist you. I brought the shoe to the front of the store and was told I could only try it on there in front of the cashier. There was no place to sit to try it on so I had to sit in on the floor in front of a large audience in order to try on the shoe. Very embarrassing!!! Luckily the shoe I tried on worked. I did not want to go through that ordeal again. I did consider not making the purchase and just waiting to go to another store in Lafayette. On another note. The young cashier that checked me out spoke too too low for me to understand her and was not friendly what so ever. She did not greet nor thank me. She checked me out with an expression that she would much rather be somewhere else and doing something else. I was never asked if I had a credit card or if I would like to sign up for one. I know Mr. Joe strives to make his store one of your best ones. These changes need the kinks to be worked out. The one line system is very slow even though I know it was created to speed up the check out process. It is a fail! It also causes you to walk almost the half with of the store just to go stand in line and check out. Not good even though it's purpose is to throw all kind of little items at you in hopes to drive up you purchase. The registrars are too close to the front wall. After checking out, you have very little room to exit the store. That's fine when it is slow but it is NO BUENOS when you have a lot of people checking out all at once."
"I encountered the nicest associate during my shopping time. Her name was Katherine. She was most helpful, knowledgeable and super sweet!!! She made my shopping experience truely enjoyable"
"Enjoy shopping this store better than store in my home town that is small and poor selection at times."
"I have always shopped Stage. I feel that I can purchase clothes, shoes, jewelery, lingerie, kids and home decor all in one place "
"I enjoy shopping here. The selection is good, there are good sales. The staff is not really helpful but they are usually amicable."
"Generally exceptional store."
"Awesome shopping experience!!!"
"Like the new checkout procedure of several registers . Nice not to have to find checkout registers scattered at different counters."
"Very organized store. Very limited on the sizes I needed. Customers in line were complaining about the long line at the register. Felt like I was waiting for a ride at Disney World. Cashier was very helpful with my check out experience."
"I had no problem finding what I needed because I knew exactly where it was. I had a little trouble finding the Este' Lauder associate because she was no where to be found. The Clinique girl assisted me. She didn't offer to gift wrap my perfume but if she had, I would have paid for it. I don't know if you still push magazines and credit card sign up but that wasn't offered. I did decide to go browse just in case I saw something that I might want because I had a coupon. I saw a dress that probably was in the price range of $60 but it was too high to reach and I didn't see anyone in the department. I decided to just leave and save my money. The store moved all the cashier to the front which has left the rest of the store unattended or with less help on the floor. I do how the store is not as cluttered. That use to be a real issue that kept me from bothering to go shop there. I usually go to my local Stage for my makeup, shoes, and jewelry. For my clothes, I tend to just shop online."
