"There was no one at the registers. I went looking for an associate, ( the manager) who walked with me back to the register, then waited on a customer who was at the counter. When she saw that this customer would need lengthy assistance, she called another associate. I had a $5 welcome coupon on my phone, and the 40% sale was on. The associate told me the $5 coupon would not work with the 40% off. When I questioned that, she just took the $5 off my $14 purchase, when the 40% off would have been a better deal, which I pointed out to her. The service was terrible at this store today. In the future I will try to shop in Longview; the associates are much more helpful."

"My daughter in law and I spent over an hour picking out our selections to take to the dressing room and in this time not a single sales associate was anywhere to be found. After making our final selections we went to the shoe dept. We once again helped ourselves and found the shoes we liked. I was excited to see the first sales associate in over two hours and asked her if the sign BOGO and the three pairs of shoes I had were the same. If they were I needed to get another one. I was smiling and ask her if she was having a good day?. She looked at the sign looked at me and said NO!! So I said ok thank you well I have this coupon for ten dollars off a pair of shoes I need something for and eleven yrs old size 71/2 she turned around and walked off.I went to the register to ask for someone to be paged and no one would agnogilage I was standing there. There were 3 ladies standing there talking. I was done!! Walking out an associate Meagan stopped and was amazing. She saved this sale!"
"I had a good experience at Stage. The store always feels the same in appearance. I came in because of the sale. I wanted a really cute purse and wallet, and found one for a great price. I found a pair of pants on clearance. I went to check out and the associate encouraged me to go back for my two free items (I didn't read the sign). She held my purchase for me, and greeted me back when I came. The only reason my wait was so long was because there was one person in front of me playing on their phone and make several purchases. The associate (Marilyn) was so patient to them. Then she kindly checked me out, and was fun to talk to about the benefits of free clothes! She made my experience special this time, and I plan to look for her at the registers when I return."
