"I have trouble sometimes finding garments with sleeves, esp. in summer! Many women over 55 prefer not to show our 'saggy' upper arms. Wearing a shrug on top hides the garments' structure and detracts from the overall look. Also, many garments are too trendy for anyone except the very young ('cold shoulders' and tops or dresses cut long in the back and shorter in the front.) I finally 'got my figure back' so don't want to HIDE it with tops that are too long in the back or too full. There are a couple of lines that Stage carries that I won't even consider because, even at my age, I don't want to dress like a 'maw maw'...nor do I want to dress too young. My worst complaint is that of your new policy of requiring a smart phone to receive discounts (I even had a coupon but the clerk required a smart phone.) What good is a printed coupon in the mail if I need a phone different from the little flip phone I carry???? I LOVE your sales, though, and was very appreciative of the ladies who volunteered to give me access to Stage discounts on their phones!! PLEASE make this optional or somehow fair to ALL customers. Oh, the reason I went back today was that the blouse I bought yesterday had a defect in the fabric, a cut/tear in the fabric. Luckily, I was ironing it before I planned to wear it, or I might not have noticed the defect in the back. I hope it wasn't put back on the rack for someone else to buy."
"I received a $5 stackable coupon to be used with the 50% off sale. I wasn’t happy when I chose pants that originally were $40. The total was $19.11. Apparently they took $5 off first then took 1/2 off of the price. I think it should’ve been $40-$20-$5=$15. Instead it is $40-$5=$35 then divided by 2. So, this was not a stackable coupon on top of the sale."
