"Quality and brands are great. Great choices and good sales. I shop mostly online but the one time I had to go to the store, the associate was extremely helpful and friendly even though I was not in a good mood for receiving a different size of shoe than what I had ordered online. However, I left the store with a better shoe than I had ordered for a comparable price."
"I received a Clinique gift card which is the reason I visited the store. One of the items I wanted (the bottom lash mascara) was not available so I purchased another item to get the deluxe makeup treat with my purchase of $55. However, the store was out of the deluxe makeup treat but they did not offer anything else in its place. Those are promotional items and once we are out we're out. The card does not have while supplies last. The associate was friendly about it but I wouldn't have spent the $55 knowing that I wasn't going to get all the gifts indicated on the card."

"My initial contact with a store employee wasn't great, they answered my question on a size but didn't offer anything extra. Appeared too busy putting up stock & didn't want to be bothered. However the next employee (possibly shoe dept mgr. (?) asked if I needed any help answered a question about a specific item I couldn't find @ another store and proceeded to help with door buster tennis shoes including taking the time to check surrounding stores and explained how I could order online and receive the same discount.Excellent customer service, thanked the employee and politely said if she had not taken the time to help me I would have left the store after the first contact.Thankful she took the time and knows how to treat customers."
