"While my friend and I waited for a bit in line at checkout it was busy.Everybody was busy....a large number of customers and one older lady that was having comprehension issues at checkout regarding discounts and coupons. Associate was patient and kind.We had no complaint. It's the Christmas season....people are shopping good deals. Staff was courteous and working as fast as possible."

"On this particular occasion I was looking for something last minute that was needed for the next morning and I was in a hurry. Unfortunately I recently fractured my dominant hand and it has been quite difficult to manage and maneuver simple tasks. As I was rushing into the store 15 minutes before closing time, I was sort of in a panic to find what I needed. The associate that was working helped me right away, as she could see that I was in desperate need of it. While dropping my keys and my wallet on the floor and trying to find the proper sizes of clothing, the store associate quickly responded to help me with my needs. She pointed out some other things and gave me options that would work for what I was looking for… She was great. I managed to make my purchase and get out before closing time."

"The store associates and I had a problem with the new account I opened with the company. The manager and asst manager were very helpful and very frustrated with the customer service number they had to call for my account. Because I opened the account and I bought a jacket and paid that off right away and then did more shopping and it somehow locked my account and we were very disappointed and getting more frustrated in your customer service number we had to call a few times because of the rudeness of your representatives on the line. I finally left the store empty handed and very frustrated the associates in the store told me that they would hold my items for me. I was debating on calling them today and telling them to put my merchandise back on the sales floor but I did go back and the asst Mgr and manager greeted me and took care of me. I am very grateful to those two associates."

"The store itself is a bit cramped, especially the clothing racks - they tend to be over packed so it’s diffi to browse sometimes. Also, the staff can be a bit unsociable - not rude or ugly, just not interested in helping or making your experience easier. I do love the sales they have, as well as their clearance sales, as well as their perks/coupons! It’s a good store for younger people (13-25) as they carry a lot of the current styles."

"Overall okay. Bathroom needs work. Not as clean as i would have liked it. Soap dispensers need to be fixed. I was not greeted when entering th store and not asked once if i needed assistance."
