"I don't know why I keep giving you another chance....every single time I go there is a wait at the register even if you are the only one in line. This time the associate never even spoke with me, she and another associate were talking to each other about what to order to eat and never even acknowledged me even while she was checking me out. You have the worst employees. I keep going back every few months thinking it will improve but it is always the same or worse. Don't you care about keeping customers? Just because we live in a small town does not mean that we won't drive to a different town to shop. You should try to train the associates on good customer service and I think you would see an increase in your local business"
