"I love sales, but when the racks are too full, it discourages me from looking. Shoe department used seats to store shoes, so had to look for a place to sit to try on shoes. Online survey is too long to keep my attention time and time again. You could probably get better results if you had fewer questions."

"I had a good experience at Stage but I just wish the associates were more knowledeable about the makeup products they have in the store. I mean if they are going to have Clinique and Estee Lauder in the store then they need to have someone who knows about the product. The sales person tried her best in picking out a foundation for my skin and did a good job. When it came to wanting to pick out a powder she had no clue which one to recommend me to. I got discouraged in wanting to purchase another product so I just bought the liquid foundation."
