"The customer service was unreal. Had an employee following and harassing my kids and self. Asked for name of employee after purchase. Refused to give name (Michelle I found out she to name tag.) And told us to leave, she was calling security on us. This is not the first time it's so bad I leave without getting anything, because the experience is a nightmare. Shopping should not be stressful or annoying.Lots of brands and variety. Unorganized and messy makes it impossible to find your size and style. Then your employees wonder why people stay looking for so long. Should spend more time cleaning and organizing than following paid customers who have never done nothing. That way it would be a quick in and out experience."

"The shopping experience was great, but he fitting rooms are always a mess. I shop at stage quite often, and the dressing rooms are always filled with clothes on the floors. the restroom is in poor shape as well. Aboutt every two weeks the restroom is closed. It makes it difficult when shopping with my children to need to drop everything to leave the store to find another working restroom."
