"Signs that are posted for % off items are sometimes confusing. For example, I see a sign that I think applies to the dresses in that area but only applies to certain ones. How do you know what it applies to? Another example, coupons have a lot of exceptions and when you get to checkout and you find out the coupon doesn't work on what you're purchasing can be very discouraging. The coupon or sale pulls the customer in only to find out that it doesn't work on what you're purchasing. During this visit, the person in charge was very confusing when explaining why this coupon did or did not work, etc. I want to get the best possible use of my coupon, but I felt the person waiting on me was not as helpful as she could have been."
