"I had a horrible experience today with your sales associate in Camden, AR - Denise # 000177283 - I came in to return an item from Christmas (this was not my first attempt at this as I came in last week, had $200 picked out, and wanted to make my exchange, but the associate then said I could only get $17 worth since I didn't have the receipt from my gift I received. So I decided to get the receipt and asked if I could get cash back if I came back. So I did, and it rang up for $25, but Denise today didn't say 1 word as she was doing it. Then handed me my receipts and I said, do I not get cash back? And she replied, I credited your card back. To which I said, it was a gift, that't not my card - and she said Oh, you didn't tell me to which I said, you didn't ask - after a few exchanges of words our conversation ended with me trying to ask her why the receipt for the person that made the original purchase only paid $17 but was credited back $25 and she responded that she didn't know and I reached for the receipt to show her and she stopped me mid-sentence, interrupting me with I know what it says very sharply. To which I backed up, raised my eyebrows and said, now you're going to interrupt me? And she said, You're not going to talk to me like that in the sassiest manner I have ever received from a store worker, as I am a customer. I did not say 1 more word. I snatched my receipts, and bag I had purchased, and stormed out of the store. I CANNOT BELIEVE MY EXPERIENCE!!!!!!"

"It's the only dept store in town, it's often the only choice. The associates are only helpful if you ask for help and there is never an associate at cosmetics. Sizes seemed to be geared for larger people ."
