"I've already stated that the store is unorganized, especially the shoe dept. And no one greeted me, in fact, the lady working in the shoe dept almost ran into me, and barely said excuse me... at least she was doing something. There were 3 women at the front (maybe one or more was supposed to helping with the makeup counter) sitting and talking. No one was really very friendly, except the man who checked me out. He was the only helpful person."
