"I approached the check out and one lady was in front of me. No problem for me. The sales associated working register told me other girl would help me. I said yes but . Associate cut me off and repeated other girl would help me. I said yes but . again she repeated herself. I finally was able to tell her that the other girl and laid a pair of shorts there for me. So I got my shorts and had to walk around the counter to the other girl. I preferred the girl who checked me out. She was nice and helpful. I didn't need the lady to tell me multiple times. I comprehended and heard her the first time. I have only been in this store twice in approximately a year and this same lady made me walk around the counter to be waited on versus doing it herself as I was next in line and no one behind me. It was more inconvenient to have to gather up my stuff and walk around to please her. I will now have to go back to the store and make a exchange or get a refund because item hung on a hanger with a size that did not match the garment I purchased. I liked April the sales associate she was helpful and explained how sale tickets were marked and the buy one and get two free sale that was going on. I only purchased items because she told me of the sale."
"I just had the worst experience at the check out. The lady checking me out asked if I wanted a stage card and I said no. She said we will get you one anyway to save $ today. I said I don’t need it. She kept asking me my phone # and social and I said is this a credit card? She said yes but you save money. I said I don’t need it!!!! She proceeded to continue to get me a card. I said I am in the middle of getting a loan to build a house and don’t need to mess up my credit. she did not care and completely ignored me. She gave me my acct number and I said I’m not using it today!!! Very rude and did not listen to a word I was saying. I will not be back and will tell my friends and family as well about how I was ignored today."
"Mostly good. There were a couple of associates just visiting while I was in a short line. I tried to catch their attention but couldn't without making a scene. I feel one should have helped me on the other register. Not a big deal though."
"Some of the racks were empty and it looked like they ,may be in the process of re-organizing or getting more inventory. Furthermore I would like to have been greeted when i walked in but, I was not. They seemed to be pre-occupied with existing customers."
"The store was very messy. There was clothes thrown on shelves and not folded. It was hard to find anything. Plus the workers were on their phone behind the counter and we had to say something to get checked out."

"Walked in with my girlfriend to help her look for some shoes, half the shoes were out of boxes nothing had prices on it at all. Half the store was unfolded and just thrown on the shelves; especially the men’s section. Most unorganized store I’ve ever walked in to."

"I always have to find a sales person. I am not greeted when entering the store. Yesterday I walked by 3 staff without any greeting. I had to find a staff to help me in the shoe department. The staff was polite and helpful after I asked her if she could help me with a shoe purchase. I was pleased with the help to place an order o line and he checkout process of the young lady."
