Issues:
1. On Chrome, Macheist order processing - hung for 1 hour
2. Quick reply from Olivia, tried steps 1 - 5 in her e-mail, no luck.
3. Closed out Chrome, retried, changed all settings for maximum access
4. Same result, no luck.
5. Switched to Windows 10 device, changed all settings
6. Order went through
7. Registration at MS confusing, resolved
8. Spent 2 hours, installing on my Mac Mini
