"Extremely unresponsive. They also overcharged my credit card when I used STORE CREDIT to pay for the ipod. Then, after charging my credit card, they did NOT even ship my ipod!!

It has been over two weeks now and I have not gotten any response on when my ipod will be shipped. Online, the status has been "Being Packed" for over a week. How long does it take to pack a single tiny ipod??

I was able to find their 1-800 number and called during "normal business hours" as stated on the recording which is M-F 9-5 CST. I called at noon, but still nobody picked up.

Do not purchase anything from this horrendous company. If you have any problems, you will have great difficulty resolving them since they ignore any questions regarding ETA of ship date, if they even respond!!!

I will be filing with the Chicago BBB and small claims court shortly if they do not ship by end of week.

"Another successful trade with Spun.com made me compelled to finally write a review. I've been trading, buying, and selling with Spun for a couple of years now and it's been a real money saver. I can purchase the stuff I want, hold onto it for a bit and then sell it right back to get more stuff! I've also recently sold stuff to them for PayPal payments. This certainly helps when it's rent time! Their customer service is polite and professional. 5 stars all the way."

"Bait and switch tactics! Promised a certain amount for trades then changes value based on its sole discretion. Charges a fee for returned trades. Accepts pre-orders for items then claims they are on backorder on release day! Charged my credit card for the full value of a sale as an "authorization charge." even though I had a reduced price due to trade ins. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the hassle of dealing with dishonest this merchant. "

"I ordered the Adventures of Pete and Pete seasons 1 and pre-ordered season 2 using a coupon code that would give me 33% off. Once i placed the order, it took a couple days to clear due to it being a Saturday.

I waited anxiously to see my order status go to shipped but it didn't come. I eventually received an e-mail stating that my order was cancelled due to the items being out of stock. I replied to customer service saying that the items are still saying in stock on the site. I also mentioned to them that the season 2 I ordered was a pre-order and of course they don't have it in stock yet because it is not beign released for another month.

I then received a reply back saying that the coupon code is not supposed to be used on the site, yet it is in their system.

I felt misled, and it was quite shady of them to give me a lie and then covering it up with another reason.
